Referring to W.E.S.T. Physical Therapy

Guidelines for Referrals

Thank you for your trust in and collaboration with W.E.S.T. Physical Therapy. We are grateful for your referrals and the opportunity to work together in supporting your patients’ care. W.E.S.T. Physical Therapy operates with a unique, streamlined model designed to reduce administrative barriers and provide more direct access to care—allowing both patients and providers to focus on what matters most: high-quality patient outcomes. To ensure an efficient referral process, please review the guidelines below.

How To Send A Referral

  • W.E.S.T. Physical Therapy does not use fax.
  • Please email referrals, scripts, and any supporting documents directly to: morgan@gowestpt.com

Scheduling An Appointment

  • W.E.S.T. Physical Therapy does not have a front desk or reception staff.
  • Patients are able to—and are responsible for—scheduling their own appointments online.

Patient Scheduling & Chart Creation

  • Patients must visit www.gowestpt.com and click the link to the booking software to schedule their appointment.
  • Scheduling is completed online through Jane, our secure booking platform.
  • During booking, patients will create their own profile and initiate their chart.
  • Once a patient has scheduled and their chart is created, referral documents will be uploaded directly to their chart.

Important Notes for Referring Providers

  • Please instruct patients to schedule their appointment online promptly after a referral is sent.
  • Referral documents cannot be attached to a chart until the patient has completed online scheduling.
  • This streamlined process supports efficient documentation, reduced administrative burden, and patient-driven access to care.
